CampIQ Terms and Conditions

1.1

Platform usage

The objective of this portal, powered by the CAMPIQ school management system, is to facilitate parents and students of CampIQ in managing academic updates, notices, and fee payments. Users are expected to use this platform only for educational and administrative purposes related to the institution.

1.2

User obligations

You warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. When making a fee payment, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and the student. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

1.3

Payment gateway

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. CampIQ does not store or process your credit card, debit card, or net-banking credentials on its own servers. By initiating a payment, you also agree to the terms of the respective payment processing partner.

1.4

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal or payment transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at UMRETH, GUJARAT.

2.1

Information collection

CampIQ and CAMPIQ collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and student identifiers strictly for educational administration, communication, and fee processing.

2.2

Data security and confidentiality

All data provided by the user is kept strictly confidential. Industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, are used to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

2.3

Third-party sharing

Personal information is not sold, rented, or traded. Necessary demographic and transaction data may be shared with banking and payment gateway partners only for the purpose of clearing and verifying fee payments, and strictly within legally permissible limits.

2.4

Cookies

The portal may use cookies to enhance user experience and maintain session integrity during the payment process. Users may set their browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the portal, such as payment checkout, may then function improperly.

3.1

General rule

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in this policy or required by the educational board's regulations.

3.2

Cancellation rules

Admission or fee-related cancellation requests are handled under the following conditions.

• Early cancellation: if a student formally applies for admission cancellation, the applicable amount remains non-refundable.
• Seat replacement: if a student cancels admission and another student is admitted to the vacated seat, tuition fees, including laboratory fees where applicable, remain non-refundable.
• Exceptional circumstances: full fees for the concerned term are refunded in the unfortunate event of the enrolled student's death.

3.3

Duplicate payments

In the event of a duplicate transaction, such as the same fee installment being charged twice because of a network error, the user must contact the administration for verification. Upon verification, the duplicate amount is refunded after deduction of applicable payment gateway or related charges.

3.4

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

4.1

Pricing

All academic fees, tuition costs, and administrative charges are predetermined by CampIQ and are clearly displayed on the user's dashboard before checkout.

4.2

Delivery of digital services

Since the platform facilitates the payment of educational fees, there is no physical shipping of goods.

• Upon successful payment, a digital receipt is generated instantly and emailed to the registered email address.
• The student's fee ledger is automatically updated on the CAMPIQ portal within 24 working hours of successful transaction realization.
• Continued access to educational services, classes, and digital portal features constitutes the delivery of the service.
